Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Porch Pile, operated by Jen Built It LLC. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

Porch Pile helps you track your creator operation: products you receive, your video pipeline, brand deals, coupon codes, and the monthly income figures you enter. It is an operations tool, not a guarantee of any income, ranking, or program outcome. Porch Pile is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Amazon, and using it does not affect your standing in any third-party program.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. You must provide a valid email and be at least 16 years old.

Acceptable use

• Use the app to track your own creator business.
• Do not abuse, overload, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service.

Subscriptions and billing

Porch Pile offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation stops future charges and your Pro access continues until the end of the current paid period. Fees are stated at checkout.

Your content

You retain all rights to the content you add. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store and display it back to you as part of the service.

Warranty and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jen Built It LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
