Privacy Policy

Porch Pile is a product of Jen Built It LLC ("we," "us"). This policy explains what we collect and why. We keep it short because we collect little.

What we collect

• Account data: your email address and a securely hashed password.
• Your content: the products, videos, brand deals, coupons, and income figures you add to the app. This is yours; we process it only to provide the service. Your income data is never used for marketing or shared with anyone.
• Technical basics: standard server logs (IP, timestamp) needed to run the service securely and prevent abuse.

What we do NOT do

• We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
• We do not use your income or content data for advertising.
• We do not add you to a marketing newsletter from this app.

Service providers

We use Cloudflare (hosting, database, edge security, and the "I'm human" check on signup), Resend (transactional email such as verification and password-reset messages), and, for paid subscriptions, Stripe (payment processing). These providers process data only to deliver their part of the service.

Two internal notifications go to n8n, an automation server Jen Built It runs at n8n.jen8nflows.cloud. When you sign up, it receives your email address so Jen can see that a new account was created; nothing is added to any list. If you press Send on the in-app Feedback button, your message, the page you were on, your browser's user-agent string and, only if you typed it in, your email address are stored in Jen's feedback table and emailed to Jen so she can follow up. Nothing is sent unless you press Send.

Cookies

We use a single strictly-necessary cookie to keep you logged in (an HttpOnly session cookie). No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can export all of your data at any time from your account, and you can permanently delete your account and all associated data from within the app. If you are in the EEA/UK or California, you have rights to access, correct, delete, and port your data; contact us to exercise them. Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, your rows are hard-deleted from our database.

Amazon

Porch Pile is an independent tool for creators. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Amazon. We never ask for your Amazon credentials and never access your Amazon account.

Changes

If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
